Video Production for Winthrop Middle School

This year we are embarking on a new addition to the visual arts curriculum, video production. The medium of film and film production will allow students to better meet the Maine Learning Results but also raises the expectations for quality and collabarative work. This first film is something I created through iLife. I used iMovie HD, iDVD, Gargage Band as well as iTunes. Mary Kay Spencer was gracious enough to allow me to come to the shop in Hallowell, Maine and film her in action. There are some issues with the quality but, it was the first. I hope all my students will out do me. This year we will film various artists, musicians and other creative people living or working in Winthrop. I can't wait!!!
